This week had it's challenges and I have got to share what Jesus did for me! It is a faith builder for certain! I had been feeling unwell for several weeks. In May the Dr. said I had a urinary tract infection and I didn't even know it, except that I didn't feel well.
I had been praying for the Lord to help me according to 2 Chronicles 20:17 and Psalm 50:15 to help in some other things. And oh my, did He ever come through! Tuesday morning I went back to the Dr. because I just felt awful and wasn't able to do much the day before. She said I had another urinary infection - again, I didn't even know it. She gave me an antibiotic injection and a prescription for more antibiotics that I don't like to take unless absolutely necessary.
By the afternoon, I called the Dr. again, and she advised me to go to the Emergency Room. When we were in the waiting room, the Lord brought a song to me that said, "Jesus is My Healer." They ran several tests and took samples, etc. After another injection for nausea and pain, the Dr. finally came in and said everything looks fine - no infection!
When I got up to go home, I felt just fine! No pain and I had more energy. Then a praying friend said she heard the Lord speak to her heart and said this for me,
"And suddenly a touch from heaven. Jesus came and set you free!" Glory to God! I have felt so good since that happened that I certainly didn't need all those pills - Halleluiah!"
The Bible tells us that when we call on the Lord in the day of trouble - that means any trouble, He is faithful to deliver us and then we will give Him all the glory! What a joy it is to get on this blog each week and share the things that God is doing in our lives and the lives of those we minister to. We are praying for many people, but we always have time to pray for you.
It is so vitally important to share our healing testimonies with others to help build their faith. It can't be denied when we have witnessed it. God is so good! Jesus is still responding to our cries for help and healing. He will never leave us or forsake us. He loves to heal us, His own special people. Be encouraged and pass it on!
