This
week I want to share with you what the Lord is putting on my heart
this very day. We are in an especially busy season with our Health
Insurance business right now. We are seeing many people, lots of
phone calls, and studying and preparation. We are praying for and
with people, and frankly, I'm feeling a bit over tired. When we are
doing what the Lord has called us to do, we will get tired at times.
We may begin to feel anxious inside, and just drained of energy.
Let's look at what He says about it.
It
is vain
for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of
sorrows; For so He
gives His beloved sleep. Psalm 127:2
For
thus says the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel: “In returning
and rest you shall be saved; In quietness and confidence shall be
your strength.” But you
would not, Isaiah 30:15
Come
to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden,
and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn
from Me, for I am [a]gentle
and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your
souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is
light.” Matthew 11:28-30
Then
the apostles gathered to Jesus and told Him all things, both what
they had done and what they had taught. And He said to
them, “Come aside by yourselves to a deserted place and rest a
while.” For there were many coming and going, and they did
not even have time to eat. So they departed to a deserted place
in the boat by themselves. Mark 6:30-32
We can
see that trusting in God and sometimes just slowing the pace down to
rest our spirit, soul and body will be a refreshment to us, in the
Lord. He never wants us over stressed and over tired. When we seek
Him first and rest in who we are in Him and knowing that everything
that really needs to get done will get done, we can alleviate a lot
of unrest in our lives. Amen!
Have a
wonderful week and always let us know how we can be praying for or
with you!
This
blog is reaching people all over the world! God is sending His Word
out to the nations! Be blessed and filled dear friend and pass this
message along to others.
We love

Love and
blessings!
