“Multiplying God’s Word Around the Globe”

Yesterday, Saturday I surpassed my final goal on my weight – glory to God! I had reached two previous goals, but the Lord had a “final” goal for me to reach. By His strength, it happened! Hallelujah! I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

I had opened to the words saying “watch and pray lest you enter into temptation.” I did not read those words until the end of the day. Instead, I got busy trying to get things done before a scheduled appointment we had. It was one of those days when I planned my Bible time for later in the day so I would not have to hurry. But that proved to be a wrong choice.

Interestingly, a bird showed up from the lake, and “Anhinga.” We first saw her in the afternoon standing there with a “gecko” in her mouth. We didn’t think much about it. We knew the Lord had provided her lunch and on we went with our walk and our day. I went to lunch with my husband at a restaurant called “Geckos.” I felt I had the liberty to eat a really big salad with lots of protein and cheese on it. I had surpassed my goal after all – I could afford it on my food budget for the day – or so I thought.

Later in the afternoon when we returned home, this bird, was still by the lake and she still had the “gecko” in her beak. By now this was catching a bit more of our attention. My husband and I really love God’s creatures and are both extremely sensitive to them. So when we see something unusual with the little beasts, it gets our attention. We marveled at the fact that she was still there and that she still had the gecko in her beak. We wondered why she had not swallowed it yet. Back home, we rested and went about our business.
As evening drew near, we could see that she was on our side of the lake, right by our apartment. We were really paying attention now. She still had the gecko in her beak. This is now hours after our first encounter with her. My husband began to get so concerned about her. We thought she might be sick. I went to the gym late in the afternoon and when I got out my husband was really concerned about this bird. He wanted to go pick her up and bring her in the house.

As the evening continued on, she made her way up from the lake and parked herself beside a fallen palm branch just outside our apartment lanai where we could easily see her. She still had that gecko in her mouth as the darkness of nightfall was drawing near. She stayed there the whole night. My husband cried and cried over her. He so longed to bring her in and help her. Finally I said, “let’s pray and ask the Lord to help her.” So we did. I had to keep my mind off of her as much as I could to keep from crying myself, though I did shed a few tears. Seeing my husband’s love and care for her was what really touched my heart.

Several times throughout the evening, my husband went outside to check on her. He was so close to calling a vet to come help, but Holy Spirit stopped him. The Lord warned him not to touch her because it would frighten her. He reminded my husband that we had prayed. Now we needed to step aside and trust Him. There was nothing our flesh could do. If we interfered, we would have messed things up.

When we woke up on Sunday morning, this sweet bird was still parked outside our apartment. She still had the gecko in her mouth. She would lift her head from time to time and then reach back across her feathered body to tuck her head back under her wings to rest. As time passed, before we left for church, our feathered friend had moved back over toward the water’s edge – away from the fallen palm branch where she had taken refuge for the night. We had hope that all was well, knowing that the Lord was helping her. My husband was hearing from Holy Spirit that she had eaten something she should not have but that she would be alright. We wondered about such a matter, not knowing much about these birds or if they could even do such a thing as get a hold of some “bad food’ like people sometimes do.

A young man and another young child came along with a stick. We were very concerned about what they were doing. We did not want them to scare or hurt her. We knew a little of the young man, having seen him and said hello on our walks with our puppy. We knew he was a very nice young guy. We watched as he prodded her along a bit. It was as if he were nudging her along to encourage her to get going and be on her usual way.

We had to leave for church, trusting that whatever was going on, our gracious heavenly Father would step in. Upon our return home from church and going to a restaurant afterwards, we saw that she had left. My husband heard from the Lord that she will be back and she will know us and we will know her.

I had a struggle in the afternoon with my flesh. I wanted to eat. I was hungry. But I wanted to grab the wrong thing because it was a “quick fix” to satisfy my hunger. Instead I went to my office and opened the word and asked the Lord to help. I cried and cried as Holy Spirit prompted me to just “get it out,” and I did. When the evening came, my husband and I began to get revelation from Holy Spirit about this whole bird experience we had just witnessed. There were applications to my husband’s life, but for the purpose of this message, I will only share my side.

What we were seeing in the Spirit was that she had that gecko in her mouth – the very name of the restaurant where we had gone to lunch that day. I realized that I had eaten something that did not agree with me. I had too much. The temptation to eat too much was there because of reaching my goal, and I had not received what I needed from Jesus in the morning so I would be prepared. This bird had come from the Lord with a message.

I could not fight this temptation on my own. It would only be Him who could help. We couldn’t help the little bird, and I can’t help myself where dealing with eating issues (or any other challenges) are concerned. Later I will show you the verses I opened to as I went through this 24-hour period that turned into a sign and a wonder from the Lord to teach us something. God knew that He did not have our attention in the morning. We had succumbed to “busyness” rather than drawing near to Him before charging into the day.

As a result, He had to send us a precious bird that He knew would get our attention. Our concern for her was so intense. In this we could see the Lord’s concern for us. As we cried and cried over this little bird who seemed to be struggling, we suddenly could sense the Father’s tears over us as we struggled and needed His help. We couldn’t help that bird, and we couldn’t help ourselves. He was trying to compel us to come to Him for help. Only He could comfort us and help us when we were tried and tempted.

Something else that came to us is that this type of bird is a “deep diver”. She does not exist on things that are on the surface. Neither can we. We have to feast on manna that is from above. This is the deeper food that all Christians must have to survive in this life successfully. The Lord brought that song to me when I had awakened on Saturday morning before this whole episode played out.

In that song, it says, “I’m feasting on manna from heaven, and that’s why I’m happy today.” I sang that song as I busied myself all morning. I was so excited about surpassing that final goal and the joy was bubbling over in my heart.

But the Lord was trying to warn me that danger was ahead. I was about to go eat something that was not going to agree with my eating plan. The devil was right there waiting to draw me away from the plan of God, causing me to doubt His love, provision and comfort for me. More on that in the scriptures in a moment.

The other thing that Holy Spirit brought to us is that this type of bird is a worshipper. I consider myself to be a worshipper of God and I desire to go into the deep with Him. But Jesus showed me in His word some interesting things that I needed to be reminded of. Let’s take a look…

In church on Sunday, our pastor delivered a “spot on” message for what we faced this weekend, of course. As Jesus’ disciples, we should have seen plenty of His miracles and experienced enough in His presence by now to keep us from doubting another minute. Jesus asked His disciples why they doubted and why they were so full of fear.

Saturday night before going to sleep, I opened to John 17 in the Bible that I always keep next to my bed. I saw once again that Jesus prays for us. Our pastor said it today. Jesus is praying for us. I thanked the Lord for praying for me on Sunday morning before leaving for church.

The Lord showed me this scripture…

Psalm 94:17-19

Unless the Lord had been my help, my soul had almost dwelt in silence. When I said, My foot slippeth; thy mercy, O Lord, held me up. In the multitude of my thoughts within me thy comforts delight my soul.
AMP
Unless the Lord had been my help, I would soon have dwelt in [the land where there is] silence. When I said, My foot is slipping, Your mercy and loving-kindness, O Lord, held me up. In the multitude of my [anxious] thoughts within me, Your comforts cheer and delight my soul!
Then He took me to this…
Zechariah 4:6-7 ERV
He said, “This is the message from the Lord to Zerubbabel: ‘Your help will not come from your own strength and power (Hanny). No, your help will come from my Spirit.’ This is what the Lord All-Powerful says.  That tall mountain (desire for food) will be like a flat place for Zerubbabel (Hanny) . He (Hanny) will build the Temple (her body), and when the most important stone is put in place (the final goal is reached), the people (Hanny) will shout, ‘Beautiful! Beautiful!’”
I didn’t get here (passing my final weight goal) by my own strength and I won’t stay here by my own strength. Only the Lord’s strength in me could get me there and keep me there. I must not give in to the flesh. The devil will try to tempt us but we must watch and pray.
As I proceeded through the word, the Lord brought me this…
Luke 14:33
So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple.
I told the Lord that I want to be His disciple. I really, really do. Here is another verse the Lord reminded me of…

1 Corinthians 9:24

Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.

Then He asked me the following questions…

“Do you want the prize Hanny or do you want the fat? Do you want to be a disciple Hanny or do you want to be left on the sideline while others run your race and get your rewards? Do you want the broken-down body, the sickness and loss and devastation? Do you want to go back to that horrible feeling that you had when you were in disobedience and completely out of control? It’s all right there if you want it. Or, do you want the better thing? You saw the words in church today”

Luke 4:4

And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.

Continuing in the word, the Lord said this…

John 6:58

This is that bread which came down from heaven: not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead: he that eateth of this bread shall live for ever.

Also, reading further…

John 6:63

It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

Moving on…

John 6:64-69

But there are some of you that believe not. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who should betray him. And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father. From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.  Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away? Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life. And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God.
Many have chosen to turn away from the true Bread from heaven and walk with Him no more. They thought His ways were too hard. He didn’t try to force them to stay either. They get to choose who they will follow. In the church service our pastor said that the disciples made a lot of mistakes that we do not have to make. If they were here today they would say, “Hey guys, you have the Bible. Use it! Don’t do what we did! Don’t fear and doubt. Give Him your all and you will receive His all.”

Praise God that Peter didn’t do everything wrong. In this passage, he knew that Jesus is the Son of God and that He has the words of eternal life – hallelujah! Like Peter I have denied Him many times during my walk with Him as I stumbled along trying to follow Him, but glory to God, Jesus prayed for me that when I returned to Him I would be out there strengthening the brethren.

So the question is; do I want food more than helping others come out of bondage? We had communion at church. We did eat His body and drink His blood. I am a child of God. I have His Spirit in me. Nothing is impossible with God. I can speak to the mountains in my life. In fact, I opened to this passage upon getting home from church…

Matthew 17:20

And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.

Later in the afternoon as we talked about all these things, Holy Spirit brought me the song, “Standing on The Promises of God.”

I spoke to the back pain I had this am and it has gone. We can speak to the flesh when it screams and say, “Peace! Be Still in Jesus name!” It has to obey. Jesus spoke to things – so can we! Hallelujah!

We don’t have to take these attacks and temptations lying down! No! We have the greater One living on the inside of us and greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world. Praise the Lord! And He always causes us to triumph in Christ Jesus!

Then I saw this….

Matthew 9:22

But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.

It was my faith in His word and in His power that got me healed and to my goal and it will be our faith in His power and in His word that will keep us until He comes back to get us. We must fight the good fight of faith.

Look at Psalm 126…

When the Lord turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream.  Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, the Lord hath done great things for them.
The Lord hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad. Turn again our captivity, O Lord, as the streams in the south. They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.
Today I bore seeds of tears and faith and I was able to reap a harvest of righteousness and peace because of putting faith in God’s word – hallelujah! That’s what we have to do to stand against the wiles of the enemy – no matter what our past strongholds have been.

Look at Hebrews 11:4, 17

By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh.

By faith Abraham, when he was tried, offered up Isaac: and he that had received the promises offered up his only begotten son,

A person has got to walk with the Lord and see His mighty power for themselves so they can be in a position to offer up to Him the most valuable thing they have. In this case, it was Abraham’s son. We must forsake all in order to be His disciple - no matter what or who it is.

This sign and wonder was sent to my husband and I to get our attention. It took more than 24 hours for us to fully “get the message.” When we finally did, we repented for our lack of faith and asked for His forgiveness. We thanked Him for doing such an awesome thing by sending that precious bird (we named her “Trella”) to deliver a powerful message to us.

My desire is that this message will inspire you, my friend, on to greater faith in the One who can make the seemingly impossible entirely possible in your life. If He can do it for me, He can do it for you. God is no respecter of persons. Be blessed as you receive all His love and power and riches in glory now and forever in Jesus name. Amen!

Psalm 145 as it Relates to the Movie - Hidden Figures

God Defends Those Who Hope In Him - Psalm 146

By: Hanny Lynn Stearns

Fish N Loaves Ministries, Inc.

“Multiplying God’s Word Around the Globe”

Greetings to all my brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus! I have missed writing to you and am excited to share a bit of great encouragement that I received from the Lord is Psalm 146 as it relates to a movie my husband and I saw last week.

In this Psalm, we see that the Lord executes judgment for the oppressed. Hallelujah! We also see how He feeds the hungry, sets prisoners free, opens the eyes of the blind, raises the humble, loves the righteous, preserves the strangers and relieves the fatherless and the widow. Glory to His name forever! What a long list of blessings He bestows on those in need and who love Him. He is so faithful and good to the children of men.

He turns the ways of the wicked upside down -  hallelujah! He reigns forever! Let's praise Him always - amen!

Here are some things the Lord showed me the day we read this Psalm. Look at this...

Mark 11:23

For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

Later that day after reading this Psalm, my husband and I went to a movie called "Hidden Places." It was excellent except that in the beginning of the movie a man said Jesus' name in vain and we were not at all pleased with that. I wondered if this family friendly movie might not be so friendly. As it turned out, it did not continue so we stayed throughout the entire show.

This is a true story about three young African-American women back in the 1960's. Katherine Johnson, Dorothy Vaughn and Mary Jackson were strong women of God who knocked down every mountain (obstacle) that got in their way. They had everything going against them in the world they lived in. They worked for the Nassau space program. The Lord had given them brilliant minds.

Because they refused to give up in the face of extreme opposition, their lives brought lasting meaning and purpose to the space program, our nation and our world at large. When we came out of the movie, I realized I had just witnessed today's Psalm in full force as we watched the events of their lives unfold before  us on the big screen. The Lord had indeed given them great abilities to work and to create. What they did for this country's progress, not to mention that of the entire planet is absolutely stunning. How awesome is our God.

It is the Lord who gives gifts and abilities to men. He gives us ideas and shows us how to create and make a profit. He leads us in the way to go to make our way prosperous, always having a "big picture" goal in mind. What He did in and through these ladies was to make a way for the African Americans in the United States to have fair and proper treatment as human beings. What He did in and through them for the world to further the gospel around the globe for technology is, well, mind boggling to say the least.

When I watched the things the Lord did through these three very brave women who refused to give up in the face of adversity, I considered the challenges and desires that I currently have. It helped me to realize that He can do the biggest of things in us if we will just believe Him and not limit Him. There are no limits with the Lord. He is endless and ever increasing.

Those three women put the Lord first in their lives, then their families came next. After that, they were fully committed to their work for the space program even when all the cards were stacked against them. The Lord blessed them abundantly because they did not give up. What we see in this movie in addition to all of that is that they stuck together throughout their lives. They were like minded and stayed close and encouraged each other.

This is a reminder that we must do the same. We need to stay tight and faithful to key relationships in our lives that will be lifelong, "faith building" friends. We need God first and we need each other to encourage each other. When one is slipping and weak, the stronger one can help lift them back up - that's Bible my friend.

I was so inspired by this movie of three real life women who faced real life pain, opposition and struggle on every level that I had to send out a post on this. If you get a chance, I would certainly encourage you to see the movie. Then look them up online and see how the President of the United States gave Katherine Johnson a medal of freedom - the highest honor given in our country. What a blessing! The Lord lifted her up and brought her before great men - even the President of our country.

This goes to show us all of the limitless things that God can cause to happen as we walk with Him and place our full trust in Him. I hope this has encouraged you. Until next time, be blessed my friend in Jesus name.

Announcement For Changes To Daily Bible Study Jan 3 2017

Blog January 3, 2017

By: Hanny Lynn Stearns

Fish N Loaves Ministries, Inc.

Good morning saints! Today begins a new season for my life and ministry with my husband Denny. Over the past year, I have been led to teach the Bible as we have walked through various chapters together. Beginning this year, I will no longer be sending out a daily Bible study. While the work over the past year has been an enormous blessing to me and hopefully you, I am led of the Lord that it is time to move on.

If you desire to continue to read the Psalms every day, Monday through Friday, that is great. Today we read from Psalm 34. It is really all about prayer. Blessing the Lord through prayer will bring us away with many blessings – praise His name forever.
I will continue to send out a blog from time to time as the Lord directs. If He gives me something to share, I will post it for you. In this new season, I am moving into the public arena of preaching and teaching along with my husband through Fish N Loaves Ministries, Inc. We are so excited to see where this journey will take us as we seek the Lord in earnest prayer.

Our desire is to be used mightily of the Lord Jesus to be His witnesses and ministers to a very hurting world. We desire to see the word of God be multiplied around the world as we are led by Holy Spirit. The Lord has blessed me with a husband who is strong in his faith and eager to help the people of our world. He has such a tender heart for God’s people. Together we are so excited to see what this new season will bring for our lives.
We currently have two television tapings scheduled for the “Stop Hurting Start Healing” program with Word of Life Ministries in Ft. Myers, Florida. This will air on the Christian programming in that area or can be seen on their website: www.stophurtingstarthealing.com

We also look forward to speaking at churches and conferences as the Lord directs us. As we expand and walk further into the calling that the Lord has laid on our hearts, we thank Him for each one of you who has faithfully followed the study of His word with us. It has been so rewarding. I personally have learned many things as I went through this season of Bible teaching.

While we believe that teaching the Bible to others, both here in the United States and abroad will always be a vital part of our ministry calling, we also know that the Lord wants us outside the walls of our offices. He wants us to go to the people He is sending us to, all over the world, at the proper time. We look forward to the many people we will meet along the way. We want to be a blessing to as many as we can. We know that with God, all things are possible.

A little later this month I will be posting our ministry announcement letter. Again, anything that the Lord gives me to share will also be placed on the blog so I hope you will stay in touch with us. As we move forward into 2017, we ask the Lord to open your eyes, ears and hearts to receive all that He has for you in your calling. Every one of us has a purpose in the kingdom of God. One can only hear and walk it out through a life of deep, intimate prayer.

Jesus prayed without ceasing. He prayed before His ministry began. He prayed before He did anything. He told us that apart from the Father He could do nothing. Paul was a man who prayed without ceasing too. See 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18. He was used mightily of the Lord to reach the known world while he was here. Now he is still bearing fruit when people read the word of God and act upon it. Can you even imagine the rewards he is getting – hallelujah!

I pray that you too will be a man or woman of unceasing prayer as you begin this new year. Jesus said He makes all things new. It is my desire that you will stand on what the word of God says about you, your life, your family and your circumstances. May you continue to stand in faith upon His unfailing love and His word. It will never fail us.

Finally, we ask that you remember us in your prayers. Pray that we will speak His word with boldness, accuracy and excellence. Pray that we will bear much fruit for the kingdom and go where He is sending us. Pray for the church in Liberia, Africa and in Mexico. Ask that many will join together in the work to build and equip these churches to reach out to the people in their areas. Thank you for your prayers. If you have anything that you would like to share or need someone to agree with you in prayer, please feel free to email us at: Hannylynn05@gmail.com.

Be blessed and be a blessing to as many as possible in this new year and beyond – in Jesus name.

DAILY CONFESSION LIST FROM THE WORD OF GOD FOR A SUCCESSFUL YEAR AND LIFE

Daily Confessions For 2017 & Beyond...

By: Hanny Lynn Stearns

Fish N Loaves Ministries, Inc.

“Multiplying God’s Word Around the Globe”

Happy 2017! I hope you had a marvelous season of celebration with your families and friends as you enjoyed remembering the blessings that Jesus' birth brought to the world the day He became flesh to dwell among us.

Over the years, I have made New Year's Day out to be something it really should not be. I thought, "Now it is the time to lose that weight, once and for all. Now is the time to start doing something different. I would start off OK it seemed, but by Valentines Day I was right back into that box of chocolates, throwing every "resolution" I previously made right out the window.

A lot has changed for me since those days - glory to God! As Christians, our lives should be an ongoing process of improvement, learning and growing. We need to continue to increase in our love for God and our love for people. That is His heart. If we have left our first love; God, then everything else in our lives will be out of balance. There is no time like right now for us to stir up our love for the One who saved us from eternal destruction. This is the time to stir the embers of our hearts for Him.

It is a good time to remember what we were like when we first got saved and fell in love with Jesus. Whatever we were doing then was magnificent. By now, that passion for Him and His things, and His people should be burning brighter in us than it ever has before.

The New Year is a great time to seek the Lord in prayer (and fasting) if you are led to do this. It is a time to see what we did not do so well in the previous year and make it our goal to make improvements in the new year. It is a great time to set new goals and hear from God about His plan for our lives. We don't have to make a "mad dash" at changes just because January 1 has rolled around yet again. Instead, we can remember the phrase, "Slow and steady, steady and slow is the way we always go." If we would set our minds on the word of God each day and make Him and His word and presence in our lives our #1 priority, then success will automatically flow from that.

It is not a one day thing. It is a lifelong transformation process. We must be patient with ourselves, and patient with others. Everyone is on their own journey and only Holy Spirit can help them get there as each person willingly yields their life to His leading and prompting. It is always a personal choice. God will never ever force us to do things His way. That is why we have so much chaos, loss and pain in our world.

When I started really understanding how to make God's word work for me, I began to profess it and I began to see results like I have never seen before. If you look back at the addictions devotionals I was sending out last year, you can see a lot about this. God's word really works when we work it. It is so much simpler than we humans make it. God didn't make life hard for us. We chose to do that all on our own.

But this year can truly be a new beginning for the church. If we will start saying the positive instead off the negative over our lives and the lives of others, we will indeed see transformation that will ignite a revival in each one of us. Since we will be held accountable for every idle word we speak, we need to be careful about what we are saying. Here is my question to you today my friend. What are you saying about your life, your family, your calling, your job and anything else that concerns you? Do you believe there is a better thing that you can say?

If so, I am ready to share with you my personal Daily Confession list. I am still building it. I used a different one for last year. When I saw the tremendous results I was getting, I decided to comb the entire Bible and make a very detailed list so that I can see victory in every aspect of my life and my walk with the Master. I am sharing this list with you. Again,. please remember it is a work in progress.

Additionally, I have included a few of my personal confessions that apply only to me. I chose to leave them in so that you can insert your own words in areas where you have either struggled in the past, or you desire to see great things happen such as in ministry or your profession. I hope this list will help you get started on your own journey of faith in God's word like never before. Once you start to see the changes take place, you will continue to stand in awe of God and what His word can do in your life.

As you go, I would enjoy hearing your testimony about how God is working in your life. At Fish N Loaves Ministries, we are all about seeing God's word multiply in the hearts and lives of people around the world. We want to see you fully equipped to fulfill your purpose and not just spend your life in the survival mode. We want to edify you any way that we can. If you need someone to agree with you in prayer, please send us an email at:

Hannylynn05@gmail.com

We are here for you. May your 2017 take you to new heights in Jesus and bring the fruit of righteousness to a full harvest, in Jesus name. Amen!

This is the list I work with each day.

I would suggest that you say the entire thing out loud for a few days until you get to know what is there. Make any changes or additions that you want.

After that, highlight the ones that help you the most in your biggest struggles and say those every day.

I keep them someplace handy so I can keep reading them and flipping the pages as I go so I do not have to read the entire list each day.

You can add anything that you want to see change in your life to this list, anything at all, and start saying it.

If you believe it in your heart and say it with your mouth, these things WILL come to pass in your life over time. Look at what Jesus said about these things in the scriptures on your own and you will see that this is true.

It really works. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Note: I am going through the whole Bible so I am far from finished. I will keep working at it as I go. Steady and slow.

Put in your own additions as you search the scriptures. You will always come away blessed.

Love and blessings for a successful life in the word of God! Praise His name forever!

Are ye not much better than they? 27 Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? 28 And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: 29 And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith? 31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? 32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. 33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. 34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. I live according to Psalm 91…

91 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence. He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday. A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked. Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation; 10 There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. 11 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. 12 They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. 13 Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet. 14 Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. 15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him. 16 With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.
