Week 13 - The 3rd John 2 Program - Real Healing from Food Addiction for God's People - Man Does Not Live On Bread Alone

Man Does Not Live on Bread Alone

Luke 4:4

And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.

My Experience, Strength & Hope

Did you know that as a Christian, God’s word is your daily bread? Without a balanced meal every day, we would starve to death in the physical realm. The same is true spiritually. Kids do not grow up to be healthy well-balanced adults without proper training, instruction, correction and nutrition. And we as children of God cannot grow up without those same things – all of which we can partake of in God’s precious and powerful word.

We know that when people are turning to things like drugs, alcohol, sex, food, gambling, shopping, and so many other addictions, it is because they are not feeding on the rich meat of the word of God. Jesus said it Himself in the opening verse noted in our main text for this message. If we try to live on the things of this world without feeding on His word, we will starve. We will be malnourished, sickly, broken down and remain broken hearted. There is no food that this world can offer anywhere at any time that can take the place of God in our lives.

If we invest in the things that our flesh desires, such as the things we just named above, like food, alcohol, etc., then what those things produce is the results we will get – the hangovers, overweight and sickly bodies, etc. We can’t pour a coke into the gas tank of a car and expect to have a good running car. We can’t put alcohol, drugs or unhealthy food into our bodies and expect to have a strong healthy body. How we invest in our time, money, and our bodies is what we will get in return.

When we invest in spiritual things, like feeding daily on the rich word of God and spending time in His presence, then we walk according to spiritual things. We think differently, we respond to life’s pressures differently. Turning to worldly means to get our needs met never brings the results we need. We will always get back what we put into anything. It applies to friendships, marriages, family relationships, work relationships, work performance, and on we could go.
We will never be able to withdraw something we did not put in. It’s just like our bank accounts. If we only tossed in two cents now and then, we certainly couldn’t expect to go pull out hundreds of thousands of dollars, could we?

When we live by the Spirit of God, we are not looking to satisfy the sinful lusts (passionate desires) of our flesh. We can have a passionate desire for anything. An alcoholic has a passionate desire for that next bottle of booze when they are allowing their flesh to lead them. The food addict goes for all the food they can stuff in their mouth – anything that sounds good when they are allowing their flesh to lead them. But if we are following the leading of Holy Spirit and being sensitive and attentive to His leading, then we will bypass those desires of the flesh and seek the Lord instead. That will always produce positive results.

If a person truly belongs to Jesus, then they will desire to crucify, (kill, annihilate) the desires of the flesh. It may hurt and the flesh may scream a bit, but a truly godly person will have the strong desire to lay those things aside and honor God with their hearts, their minds and their bodies. They will be dead to those destructive things and alive to the will of God. With God living in us, we have everything we need to do this successfully. Believe it!
Friend, when we are paying attention to the words of the Lord every day, we will be reminded, (and we need it!) to walk away from the bondage mindset. We will no longer be living like we are a slave in our own minds and bodies. I will give you an example. The weekend before I wrote this, I posted a blog about some personal revelation I was getting from the Lord at church and in my time alone with Him. He was showing me that I could go out to eat and handle it properly, and I would not have to give these things another thought.

He was showing me that I can have self-control and not go overboard when I order food at a restaurant. I can eat sensibly and enjoy my food without feeling like I am a constant prisoner where food is concerned. The enemy wants us to stay in a place of bondage in our minds. He wants us to think that we have to live like prisoners chained to the addictions all of our lives. But he is a liar. We can choose to live as slaves or to live free in Christ Jesus because He has already set us free – indeed!

Friend, if you are born again, you have already been set free. The only one who is making you a prisoner is you. Why? Because you are allowing yourself to listen to the lies of the enemy (or your flesh!) far more than you are listening to the word of God. Ask me how I know this. Been there far too long and done it far too much! So how do we apply the word of God in our lives? By picking it up and speaking it out loud over ourselves. We cause it to come to life in our hearts by having faith that God’s promises will come to pass in our lives. We are the ‘just’ of the Lord, and this is how we are to live – by faith.

It is knowing that the truth sets us free. It is having faith that brings God’s promises to pass in our lives. Depending on and meditating on God’s word in our lives each day works 100% of the time when we apply it by faith. His word will never fail. We do not have to live as slaves any longer – we are free! Hallelujah! Be encouraged today to walk as the new born-again spirit man that you are. Let’s purpose to grow up in Christ by spending time in the Lord’s presence in worship, praise and thanks along with prayer and meditation on His words to us every day. His word is Bread indeed! We will be blessed and become a blessing to others. Praise His name forever!

Scriptures from This Message…

John 6:22-58 (NKJV)

On the following day, when the people who were standing on the other side of the sea saw that there was no other boat there, except that one which His disciples had entered, and that Jesus had not entered the boat with His disciples, but His disciples had gone away  alone— however, other boats came from Tiberias, near the place where they ate bread after the Lord had given thanks— when the people therefore saw that Jesus was not there, nor His disciples, they also got into boats and came to Capernaum, seeking Jesus. And when they found Him on the other side of the sea, they said to Him, “Rabbi, when did You come here?”

Jesus answered them and said, “Most assuredly, I say to you, you seek Me, not because you saw the signs, but because you ate of the loaves and were filled. Do not labor for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to everlasting life, which the Son of Man will give you, because God the Father has set His seal on Him.” Then they said to Him, “What shall we do, that we may work the works of God?” Jesus answered and said to them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He sent.”

Therefore they said to Him, “What sign will You perform then, that we may see it and believe You? What work will You do? Our fathers ate the manna in the desert; as it is written, ‘He gave them bread from heaven to eat.’”

Then Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, Moses did not give you the bread from heaven, but My Father gives you the true bread from heaven. For the bread of God is He who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.” Then they said to Him, “Lord, give us this bread always.” And Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst.

Then they said to Him, “Lord, give us this bread always.” And Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst. But I said to you that you have seen Me and yet do not believe. All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out. For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me. This is the will of the Father who sent Me, that of all He has given Me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up at the last day. And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the last day.”

The Jews then complained about Him, because He said, “I am the bread which came down from heaven.” And they said, “Is not this Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? How is it then that He says, ‘I have come down from heaven’?”

Jesus therefore answered and said to them, “Do not murmur among yourselves. No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up at the last day. It is written in the prophets, ‘And they shall all be taught by God.’ Therefore everyone who has heard and learned from the Father comes to Me. Not that anyone has seen the Father, except He who is from God; He has seen the Father. Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me has everlasting life.

I am the bread of life. Your fathers ate the manna in the wilderness, and are dead. This is the bread which comes down from heaven, that one may eat of it and not die. I am the living bread which came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever; and the bread that I shall give is My flesh, which I shall give for the life of the world.”

The Jews therefore quarreled among themselves, saying, “How can this Man give us His flesh to eat?” Then Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. For My flesh is food indeed, and My blood is drink indeed. He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me, and I in him. As the living Father sent Me, and I live because of the Father, so he who feeds on Me will live because of Me. This is the bread which came down from heaven—not as your fathers ate the manna, and are dead. He who eats this bread will live forever.”

*The Christian life in a “nutshell”

Galatians 2:20

I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
Your Assignment for This Week Should You Choose to Accept It:

·        Spend time focusing on the verses in this message. Say them out loud each day. Make them personal.

·         Write down the ways you see this program changing your thinking.

·         If you have deep inner questions about your own healing you can take it to the Lord in prayer. He is waiting to talk with you.

·         As always, pay close attention to the thoughts you are allowing to remain in your mind. Toss out the junk and replace it with the word of God.

·         Choose to rejoice no matter what.

·         Stay in a position of praise and worship, thanks and adoration of your heavenly Father, regardless of how you are feeling or what your circumstances may look like.

·         Trust Him to bring His word to life in your heart as you place your trust in Him. He is faithful and His words and promises to you will never fail in our lives as long as we continue to place our trust in Him.

Week 12 - The 3rd John 2 Program - Real Healing From Food Addiction for God's People - Who/What Do You Serve?

Who/What Do You Serve?

Matthew 4:10

Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

My Experience, Strength & Hope

The big question today is this: Who or what do you serve? For a person who has struggled with addiction in the past yet calls themselves a born-again Christian, this has been a difficult question to answer at times. The passage above makes it clear. We are to worship God alone and serve only Him.

When we become addicted to something in the natural realm like a drug, food, cigarettes, alcohol, busyness or some other thing that is pulling at our attention, we begin to worship and serve it – we then serve the created rather than the Creator. Jesus knew very well who the number one person was to be in His life – it was His Father in heaven. He worshipped no person, place or thing. He only worshipped God in heaven – His heavenly Father – your Father and my Father.

People who are addicted to something are basically saying without mouthing the words that they worship the thing they are addicted to. They serve it by subjecting themselves to its influence and power in their lives. They run to it for comfort rather than God. And when it runs out they will go to any length to replenish it. If it is food, people will eat until they are sick – ask me how I know this. Or they will drink until they pass out or puke, or both (been there, done that, threw away the T-Shirt!) But at the end of it all, they are only left feeling physically ill, mentally exhausted and spiritually empty.

Christians have God – a powerful heavenly Father who can satisfy their every need. He never forsakes us. He will never turn down a cry for help. Imagine how joy filled He would be if we went to Him before a binge of eating or getting drunk or drugged up and said something like this, “Lord, I am hungry right now, but I don’t know what I am hungry for. I’m just hungry.” Or something like this, “Lord, I am thirsty right now. I need a drink. Help me!” Or what about this – “Father, I am hurting right now. I don’t even feel comfortable in my own skin – will You help me?”

There are numerous verses in the Bible that make it abundantly clear that when we call on Him in our time of need, He will be right there for us. Often, we just don’t get quiet enough or sit still long enough for Him to begin to do what only He can do to ease our troubled hearts. Jesus told us not to let our hearts be troubled, but until the addict gets a hold of that truth - the fact that they can take that troubled heart to the Lord and He can calm it, they will continue to struggle. He can make everything look and feel different when we get in His presence.

One of the things I have discovered is that when I slow myself down and relax, it becomes easier to sit with the Lord and receive from Him. But I have to get out of the busy mode. In fact, busyness has been a greater stronghold in my life than food ever was! We need to just sit and get quiet. Many will find that the minute they sit down, they will start crying. And that’s OK. Obviously there is something inside that needs to come out. We need to allow the Lord to pull the pain out and rub His healing balm all over the wound that is oozing.

After a while, doing this will bring a rush of peace over us like a gentle wave of soothing warm water that just rolled over our heart and soul. That’s the Living Water. I have found that following the food plan - unless I am away from home and cannot for some reason, I want to stay on the narrow path His good plan for me. Why? Because I feel so much better when I do. When I treat my body right by putting the right kind of fuel in it, I get the best results. I rarely walk away from a meal feeling uncomfortably full. I do not struggle with heartburn from too many carbs, and my body functions and eliminates waste so much better. Spiritually, I am at peace. It is the same with drinking and drugs, etc.

Anything that we are putting into our bodies that is not good can quickly become something we serve if we are not very careful. We can get to a place where we are worshipping the food, drug or drink instead of the Lord, and it can happen very quickly. There is a very fine line between worshipping something or just taking it for what it is and moving on. We must exercise self-control over outward things at all times.

Even the weekend before I wrote this, I went out to dinner with my husband and on another occasion, we went out for breakfast. Sadly, I must admit I went a bit overboard and came away feeling uncomfortable from both meals. The Lord immediately got to work dealing with me on those issues right away as you can imagine. Getting to a place where we can lay down any desire to ‘splurge’ once in a while is the goal here. I have become so accustomed to eating a smaller number of calories and such healthy food that my body just screams at me after I eat too much, as if to say, “What are you doing!?!”

In the end, we must choose to worship God with everything we are and have. With every aspect of our lives we must show Him that He is our first and most important love. We must also show Him that we are here to serve Him with our whole heart – not just a part of it. I am here to take you along on my journey of success. When I face a challenge, I will be honest so that it might help you in some way. We are in this life together and called to support one another. We are here to love each other. If I do well, I need to share my strength and hope in Christ with you. If I missed it, I know I can share that too so that maybe you will see better what not to do or how it can help you in the future.

Let’s do what the Master told satan: Worship the Lord our God and serve Him only– together! Praise His name forever! We can see that in saying this sentence to the devil, Jesus was applying faith in the word of God. And did the word work for Jesus? Yes! Believe it because it did! Upon hearing those words of God spoken out in faith from the mouth of our Savior, the devil had to leave Him. The enemy cannot stand up against the word of God – no matter who is doing the talking.

Scriptures from This Message…

Exodus 20:1-6

And God spake all these words, saying, I am the Lord thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. Thou shalt have no other gods before me. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; and shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.
Deuteronomy 6:14

Ye shall not go after other gods, of the gods of the people which are round about you.

Isaiah 44:6

Thus saith the Lord the King of Israel, and his redeemer the Lord of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God.

Revelation 2:4

Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.

Remember what you felt like when you first fell in love with Jesus. Go back to that place in time and then increase it. Our love for Him should be ever increasing, more and more in this life.

Luke 6:46

And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?

Matthew 6:24

No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

Matthew 19:16-22

And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life? And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments. He saith unto him, Which? Jesus said, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. The young man saith unto him, All these things have I kept from my youth up: what lack I yet? Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful: for he had great possessions.

Proverbs 25:28 (NIV)

Like a city whose walls are broken through is a person who lacks self-control.

2 Peter 1:3-11 (NIV)

His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires. For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; and to godliness, mutual affection; and to mutual affection, love.

For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. But whoever does not have them is nearsighted and blind, forgetting that they have been cleansed from their past sins. Therefore, my brothers and sisters, make every effort to confirm your calling and election. For if you do these things, you will never stumble, and you will receive a rich welcome into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

In unusual situations or away from home, what should we do?

John 2:5

His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.

Mark 12:30

And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.

Important Points to Remember:

·         There is only one God – there is NO other.

·         God/Jesus/Holy Spirit should be our First Love at all times.

·         Jesus wants to be our Savior and our Lord/Master.

·         We cannot serve 2 masters at the same time – if we even try we will fail.

·         We can call on the Lord in any trouble at any time.

·         He is the Lord who heals us – all the time, every time.

·         Drawing near to the Lord is the first and best place to go.

·         Spending time with Him gives us rest – in our soul and spirit.

·         Jesus has already given us His peace – all we have to do is to receive it by faith.

·         When we are in unusual situations, all we need to do is ask the Lord how to handle it ahead of time, and He will be glad to help us. Then, whatever He says, do it!

·         Our number one purpose and function in this life and the next is to love God with everything in us.

·         Remember that we are here to serve God and help and serve each other. Love God, love our neighbor – what life is all about! *Read 1 Cor. 13:4-8 to reinforce what love does. It’s not a feeling.

Important Questions to Ask Yourself:

·         Have you made Jesus your Savior but neglected to make Him your Lord/Master?

·         What have you been placing in your heart and life as more important than the Lord?

·         Will you seriously look at this in the coming days and make a decision to lay them all down so God can be elevated to the number one position in your life?

Week 11 - The 3rd John 2 Program - Real Healing From Food Addiction for God's People - Week 11 - Jesus Will Quiet You With His Love

Jesus Will Quiet You with His Love

Zephaniah 3:17

The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.

My Experience, Strength & Hope

How many people out there really know that they know that God is in our midst? Especially those who have been hurting, I mean? Those who are called His own? Do people really know that He is with them? I used to have times when I wondered if He was. That has been a while back now. Since then I have learned by His ever-faithful word that He really is always with me. I have learned that He will never leave me or turn against me. That gives me great comfort. How about you? Do you really understand that Jesus, as your Savior, is right there in your midst?

In the moments when we are tired and the enemy is trying everything he can think of to turn our thinking from good thoughts of the Lord to the negative thoughts that our feelings or emotions may be trying to scream at us, we can rest firmly on the fact that the Lord our God is for us, He is with us, and He loves us. That alone should bring any one of His children great comfort.

Yes, there will be times when we just need to let some tears loose, and that’s OK. The morning I wrote this I was tired. I was up late and my normal schedule was off, so I felt almost as if I had a ‘hang over’. It does not feel good to my flesh. I am an early to rise and early to bed person. Unless the Lord gets me up in the night, I need to be in bed at a certain time every night and get sound sleep so I can wake the next morning refreshed and ready for a wonderful new day with my Savior.

So what do we do when the emotions roll over us like a flood? The first thing we need to do is keep our thinking in check. With all the issues I previously struggled with, I know how dangerous it can be to give in to ‘fleshy’ thinking. The first and best thing to do is to get into the presence of the Lord with worship, praise and thanks. Yes, it may be difficult when we are feeling low, but I can assure you that doing this will lift you more than anything else. He can quiet those raging emotions in His loving presence like nothing else can. Secondly, we need to renew our mind in the water of the word of God. It is like giving our mind a bath. We must slap down any negative thought that tries to enter. We must remember that the Mighty One will save me from every fear and destruction when we fully trust in Him. We give in to His word – not our feelings or emotions.

We must take God at His word and make it work for us each and every day. No matter what we may be facing or feeling on a given day – there is something in God’s word that we can grab on to in order to counteract any negativity that may be coming our way. Jesus did that in the desert when satan tempted Him, as in other instances. That is how He remained victorious at all times. We can get there too friends. We just have to pick up the tools we have been given by the Lord and use them.

A hammer sitting in the tool shed is useless until the palm of a hand wraps itself around the handle and lifts it from the sitting position. When the hand starts to swing the hammer, it begins to do the work it was created to do. It is no different with God’s word.

When we pick it up from our Bibles and start to work it and speak it out loud by faith over ourselves and our circumstances, it begins to do the work that the Lord sent it to do – and His tools (His word) never returns from a swing without hitting the mark every time. He always watches over His word to perform it.

Sometimes the thought of letting go of whatever we have been using as a pacifier may seem more painful than we can bear – but that pain will only last as long as we focus on the pacifier rather than the word of God. We need to remember that the Lord will comfort us. He will quiet those raging emotions. He rejoices over us – isn’t that a wonderful truth to meditate on? When was the last time a person rejoiced over you? I don’t know about you, but it doesn’t happen too often for me. And even if it did, it would never be enough. Sure, it is nice to have people who love us and get excited when we are around. That is all good. But people, places and things (chariots and horses) are never enough.

It is the love from the heart of God who is ever rejoicing over His children that really makes us believe we can go on and keep taking another step, just one day at a time. He is glad about us. Isn’t that great? He is really glad about you and me. He loves and adores us. He has done everything for us. Now He just takes great delight in us. And the closer we draw to Him, the more delighted He is. That morning I needed to be quieted with His love. I just turned on some music and let Him lead it. It was quite amazing as I discovered the songs He chose. Some were about my mansion He is working on for me, and others were about the victory I have in Jesus. Still another song was about believing what He said. His word – the only real truth that I can cling to – and you can too!

As I sat there on the floor and cried, He quieted me step by loving step. He comforted me. It was as if He was personally singing these songs to me. I came to worship Him, but He came to sing to me! He is so precious saints! We can look forward to one day hearing the Master sing to us in heaven and that is gonna be off the charts magnificent beyond our greatest imaginations – oh hallelujah!

Until then, why not just allow Him to comfort you and quiet you and sing His songs of love to you? After that, you will not be able to walk away sad, anxious or fearful about anything. Remember to put your faith in His word today and then stand back and watch it work for you!

Scriptures from This Message…

Psalm 73:23

Nevertheless I am continually with thee: thou hast holden me by my right hand.

Job 34:29

When he giveth quietness, who then can make trouble? and when he hideth his face, who then can behold him? whether it be done against a nation, or against a man only.

Isaiah 32:17

And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.

Romans 8:35-39

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.

Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Psalm 103:1-5

Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies; Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.

Psalm 23

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

Questions for you:

·         Will you choose to receive His love, His comfort and His peace?

·         Will you choose to believe in the Father’s love for you by faith in what He has done through   Jesus Christ?

·         Will you take the time to allow Him to hold you in His everlasting arms and rub your head   while He tells you how much He loves and values you?

·         Will you remember every day and every night that you are so very precious to the Lord?

·        These are your choices friend. He is calling out your name and inviting you to partake of His eternal and undying love for you. He wants to quiet those raging emotions. Will you receive His love and help?
