Go Back To What Works

Hanny’s Daily Journal From April 29, 2014

I am sharing with you my personal journal from over two years ago. When I look at this I can see how very far the Lord has brought me. No matter what you may have been struggling with, please know that God - your God can and will help you get over to the victorious side. If you will commit to working His word in your life - it will work for you. How do I know? It has worked for me - glory to God!

Opened to Matthew 4:4

But He answered and said, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.’”

Yesterday I was called to bear fruit worthy of repentance. Still I ate more calories than my food plan would allow. The Lord was calling me to repent, reminding me even at dinner last night. He said, “Hanny, you do not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.”

“Do not fear! Trust Me! You trust Me for many other matters, but you must trust Me to sustain you physically when you follow your food plan. Get some veggies to help fill you like you used to do and you will be fine. Just like before. You did so well for so long. You just measured everything and it worked. And it will again. For now three days a week for exercise is fine. Just like before. If you can work more in that’s great, but for now go back to the basics. Do what you have known for years has worked. I will help you. Focus on Me and all we are experiencing together. I will help you. You make the right choice and I will empower you. Trust Me! Say, ‘“I trust You Lord in this!”’

I trust You Lord, I trust You Lord, I trust You Lord, I trust You Lord, I trust You Lord, I trust You Lord, I trust You Lord!

Luke 13:3-5

I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish. Or those eighteen on whom the tower in Siloam fell and killed them, do you think that they were worse sinners than all other men who dwelt in Jerusalem?  I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish.”

The fruit tree was fruitless for three years. The man pleaded to leave the tree for one more year, to give it another chance. If it would not bear fruit, then it should be cut down.

Spirit of Infirmity

The woman with the spirit of infirmity was loosed by Jesus. As she was, so am I. It took Jesus to loose this woman of her infirmity.

The Lord said, “Like the poor widow – put in all you have Hanny.”

Psalm 40:3

He has put a new song in my mouth— praise to our God;
Many will see it and fear, and will trust in the Lord.

Psalm 32:7

You are my hiding place; You shall preserve me from trouble;
You shall surround me with songs of deliverance.
