Hold up the BANNER of victory, for the Lord
sees our trials and challenges and He comes today to remind us that
He is our banner, (Jehovah Nissi) and His banner over us is victory,
it is love, and as the verses below remind us, that He gives us the
victory over all our spiritual enemies!
You have given a banner to those who fear You, that
You may be displayed because of the truth.
(Psalm 60:4)
He is Jehovah Ganan, our defense. He reminded me today
on a prayer call that He sees that many have felt discouraged and
defeated in these days, but the Lord reminded one of my sisters on a
prayer call that He is saying, "Hold up the banner of
victory!"
He is telling us that He is our banner and He has
given us the victory....
But
thanks be to God, Who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus
Christ. (1 Cor. 15:57)
Then He
says...
Therefore,
my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the
work of the Lord, knowing that your labor in the Lord is not in vain
in the Lord. (! Cor. 15:58)
And
this verse also came up to remind us that we are anointed by the Lord
to carry His message throughout this earth, wherever we are at, and
as a result, He anoints us for our calling, and Jesus is the One Who
delivers us from our enemies...
It
shall come to pass in that day That his burden will be taken away
from your shoulder, And his yoke from your neck, And the yoke will be
destroyed because of the anointing oil. (Isaiah 10:27)
A yoke
is a heavy burden that the devil tries to put on God's people, but
the Lord says, I have saved you and healed and delivered you for such
a time as this, because He wants to pour out His Spirit across the
nations to save, heal, and deliver His people from the yoke of the
enemy.
The
Father wants to bless us, His people with prosperity in every in
every area of our lives to see His glory and goodness revealed in the
land of the living. He has told us Himself that He has given us
authority to trample down every enemy.
Behold,
I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and
over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt
you. (Luke 10:19)
Wave
your banner of victory today and rejoice in God our Savior! Remember
that He is for us and with us and no weapon that forms against us
shall prosper. The Father is victory for us, and His desire is that
we prosper in all things, yes, every area of our lives, and be in
health physically as our souls prosper spiritually.
Today I
saw someone criticize me on You Tube for reading a book written by a
strong anointed man of God who believes in prosperity! But oh I pray
for that person to have their eyes enlightened to know what the Bible
says. Saints, try every word that you hear and look at the
scriptures, for that speaks truth and no lie. Our God is good and He
always does good and always helps us get the victory and His will is
clearly stated in His word.
So
today, lift up your banner of victory and trust that The Lord is on
your side and He has already caused you and I to triumph through
Christ Jesus our Lord. Hallelujah!
