Some Trust In Chariots, Some Trust in Horses

Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; But we will remember the name of the Lord our God. (Psalm 20:7) NKJV
"When you go out to battle against your enemies, and see horses and chariots and people more numerous than you, do not be afraid of them; for the Lord your God is with you, Who brought you up from the land of Egypt." (Deut. 20:1) NKJV
No king is saved by the multitude of an army; a mighty man is not delivered by great strength. A horse is a vain hope for safety; Neither shall it deliver any by its great strength. Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear Him, on those who hope in His mercy, to deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine. Our soul waits for the Lord; He is our help and our shield. For our heart shall rejoice in Him, because we have trusted in His holy Name. Let Your mercy, O Lord, be upon us, just as we hope in You. (Psalm 33:16-22) NKJV
The horse is prepared for the day of battle, but deliverance is of the Lord. (Prov. 21:31)
Friend, I don't know what kind of battles you are facing in this life right now, but anything that seems too much can only be helped by the Lord our God Who created us. Our Father in heaven is right here to assure us as we look at the next verse...
"Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me.” (Psalm 50:15)
Here at Fish N Loaves Ministries, we are speaking to people all over the globe. There is a real devil out there and he is unleashing his power, though it is little compared to God, upon all the saints in the body of Christ. We must stay close to the Lord, and depend on Him. Call on Him. Ask Him for help and He will hear and come to our aid.
He has promised us in His Word that He will help us and we have to rise up and believe it no matter what things may look like. We cannot live by things we see, feel or even hear if it does not line up with the Word of God. He alone is our defender. So remember, while evil is lurking in the background, God is on our side. Ask God our Father in heaven to give us wisdom for every step we take. He will cause us to triumph. Just stay close and trust Him and Him alone!
